Pros
I worked at Diginnovators, Balewadi (Pune), as a React Intern along with two other interns. We were assigned to the Amdital project and were told that we would gain hands-on experience and possibly continue after the internship based on performance.
During the three-month period, we worked hard, handled multiple tasks, and often faced tight deadlines with no real work-life balance. Despite the workload, the stipend was only ₹5,000 per month, which didn’t reflect the effort or hours we put in.
After three months, the company suddenly informed us that they had no ongoing projects and couldn’t continue our internships. However, soon after we left, they hired new React interns again. This clearly shows a pattern of replacing interns instead of providing genuine learning or growth opportunities.
There was no completion certificate, no long-term opportunity, and minimal guidance once the project ended.
