As I celebrate my two-year anniversary at DigiCert, I’ve had a chance to reflect on this incredible journey. Throughout my time here, we've navigated significant changes within our ELT leadership, which have inevitably sparked additional shifts within the organization. While change can be challenging, I believe we are moving in the right direction—evidenced by our consistent ability to meet and exceed revenue goals.
In an environment where many companies are facing layoffs, it's reassuring to be part of an organization that continues to grow and innovate, providing me with personal peace of mind and stability.

Cons
While change can be challenging—and for some, no longer aligns with their personal goals and aspirations—it’s still a part of the evolution that drives us forward. It’s always difficult to see long-time employees move on, but these transitions also give us the chance to grow and adapt.
