Thank you, first, for taking the time to provide a review of DigiCert on Glassdoor. Your input on this platform helps us to understand where we can improve and to celebrate areas of effectiveness.
That said, we are sorry to read that you view the company as an employer and the leadership negatively. We understand that you began at the company feeling like it was a community. We would be interested in learning what occurred during your time as a lead generation specialist that led to your current view that DigiCert leadership focuses only on the bottom line and sees workers as disposable and “marks on a page.”
We have worked hard to launch and foster a CARE Culture across the DigiCert workforce, where every employee feels included, seen and valued.
