Pros
From the initial conversations with the recruiter through hiring was hands down the best experience of customer service I've seen in that stage of the process. Khang was very communicative and set very clear expectations and always followed up when he said he would. Everyone I have interacted with has been positive and genuine. You can just feel that everyone cares and truly just wants to help each other Great benefits and free food
Cons
I don't have any glaring cons. Digi is in a change environment from an acquisition so processes are being worked on and sometimes things are more manual, but they are actively working on it and it isn't near as bad as places I've come from.
