Pros
Diabsolut has a wealth of experience in the services domain and is a trusted advisor to their clients. We are the Certinia partner of the year and have the added advantage of also supporting across multiple Salesforce Clouds to give us the depth and breadth of experience needed. The people are great to work with and we are refreshingly free of "big company" processes and politics. There are flexible work policies and people truly collaborate to get things done.
Cons
Because we are small and nimble, priorities can change quickly. The work we were doing 6 months ago may not be where we are 6 months in the future, and it requires some level of flexibility to be able to pivot accordingly. This kind of work may not be for everyone and that's OK.
