Some fantastic people, really great culture of inclusion, entrepreneurship and putting the customer first. Great opportunities for development and career growth. Fantastic benefits, for a small-medium sized company the number of HR benefits is great, they really look after their people. Great social responsibility for a small firm as well.
Most recently there's been some changes and turnover which have really improved the level of skill and expertise around the place. Feels like there's a dedication to improving the average ability level across the team at the moment. You'll see a few negative reviews on this site and guaranteed they are from people who were not performing and as a consequence were let go (or left voluntarily when faced with their own poor performance). Personally I love it, you should be accountable for your work and if you choose to not improve yourself, that's on you.
Quite a virtual and dispersed organization, lots of people you only see once or twice a year but that's just a part of life in this type of company.
There's often a lot of change as the company tries to be agile in responding to customers, markets and opportunities. If you don't thrive on change or are not resilient to change then this might not be the right place for you.
Advice to Management
Continue investing in people and don't settle for mediocrity.

I applied through their online application form. I had a 30 min on site interview with HR and a dev lead and was asked to talk a bit about myself and my future plans, as well as a few technical questions.
