I have been working at Diabsolut full-time
Being a long term employee at Diabsolut I've seen other employees come and go. Diabsolut has it's own culture and feeling and when you fit it's great but not everyone fits in with that culture. It's very family orientated trying to give people a work / life balance. But it's also a consultancy company which means sometimes you just have to knuckle down / pull your sleeves up and get on with.
What stands out is not just how they treat you when things are going well, it's how they treat you when things are going wrong (work or personal). There is definitely a no blame culture, 'we' make mistakes and 'we' fix them.
I'm surprised with some of the negative reviews, the company pays well and set expectations high. If you expect to work 9 to 5, take an hour lunch, spend time on Facebook, on the phone to your friends and think this is OK ... Diabsolut isn't the company for you.
Working with remote teams can be difficult at times, There are some employees who don't seem to be pulling their weight, management need to be more active in assessing and removing those employee who don't make the grade.
Advice to Management
Keep focusing on the employees, they are your greatest asset. W
I applied online. I interviewed at Diabsolut (Montreal, QC) in September-2017.
It was fast and easy. The person in charge was very friendly and cheerful.
It was on the phone and I had applied just a day before the interview.
