Pros

The people were the companies greatest asset without a doubt. The management team was fair and provided quick responses to any questions and concerns customer service representatives had.

Cons

The biggest downside was employees were only given 20 minutes each day for lunch and five minute breaks. The breaks were paid but personally I would prefer unpaid longer breaks.

Pros

I’ve been with the company for almost a year and it is truly the BEST job I have ever had! I’ve never worked for a company that is employee centered the way Dexcomm is. The executive team is helpful, supportive, and accommodating! I even get to work from HOME most of the time. Great pay and benefits as well! It’s a win win all around.

Cons

It’s a 24 he business so some shifts may be a little later than you’d like but for the most part they even work around that.
