I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Dexcomm (Pennsburg, PA) in Apr 2025
Interview
Recruiter, then hiring manager. Pretty basic interviews. Both phone interviews, no video interview. Asked basic get to know you type questions and then some role dependent questions. Made a decision that day and offer it the next day.

Question 1
Asked about experience with some role-specific hardware and software.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dexcomm (Carencro, LA)
Interview
A phone call, 2 interviews and a typing test. Reading and listening skills. The interviews consisted of a one on one with the receptionist and one meeting as a group to meet with the owner.
Phone interview followed by a typing test. Next, additional testing and an in person interview. Then a group interview w several typical STAR questions. The owner said they were in the top tier for salary and benefits. I disagree. $20,000 a year is quite low as are the benefits. After shadowing a cust. service rep, they are taught to constantly put customers on hold...very poor customer service. Plus the work schedules are very sporadic and random.
