      - The mentors and technical staff care and do a good job keeping the curriculum updated - Lots of opportunities to implement new ideas and make change - Remote first - People are respectful of work/life balance

      - The company is growing rapidly and that comes with lots of start-up headaches, changes of strategy, etc - The company could do a better job promoting diversity on the team and in the student body

      Pros

      Was great to work for the most part. Good culture and compensation.

      Cons

      Once student was enrolled in the program, the student experience was out of the hands of the sales team. Which is to be expected.
