Pros
I have met some of the most amazing colleagues I have ever had in 7 years in IT. There is a lot of freedom on how to use your time at work. You are free to self-educate or offer your help to others if you dont have a project at the moment. There is a lot of ways you can climb upward, if you are not stuck with a bad project. Sometimes there are nice company events.
Cons
The Positive side of Devoteam can quickly turn into negative if you dont have a project or have a bad one. Devoteam is company for ambitious people and you cannot strive for long with "I am working for you, give me an assignment" mindset. If you are not proactive while superiors dont have a project for you, you can start looking for a different job. If you are proactive, at least you will stay in the company but dont look forward to big chances on salary increases. Same goes to when you have a bad project. You can easily get stuck in a bad situation and nobody asks history, so in the end you might not get the appreciation you deserve. I think this is how many jobs work, though. This is not neceserily bad or good. It is very subjective.
