The hiring process at Devoteam very clear and fair. 1- HR phone call, explaining the vacancy and arrangement for HR face to face interview. 2- During the HR interview you will get all information about the company, the benefits and the role itself. My experience was nice and I like how HR staff handles the candidates. 2- If you pass the HR interview you go to technical interview and the interviewer ask you about the role. 3- the last part is solving a test case (Not easy and not hard), it reflects your knowledge about the role clearly and you present it to the interviewers and they ask you about your solution.
