Pros
Great team, strong ambition, great entrepreneurial spirit, well supported by my line manager, good collaboration across teams and countries. You can see the results of the hard work you put in which is less traceable when you're working for a much larger firm.
Cons
It's tough to build a business in challenging markets and economic conditions. We need to punch above our weight against strong competition and to make our voices heard when we're a small business unit in a large market. That's challenging and requires resilience and staying power so it can be exhausting and this environment isn't for everyone.
