      During my time I got to experience personal and professional growth, and loved the group of individuals that I worked with.

      Overall I really enjoyed working for DDI, however, I wished there was more flexibility to create balance in my life.

      None. This is a TERRIBLE company.

      Cons

      Their name has the word "Development" in it but they do not believe in developing their own employees. If you don't hit the ground running, you are immediately terminated.
