Pros
Generally speaking, everyone below management is collaborative and friendly. Work schedules are flexible for most people. There are many development options to choose from, internally as well as externally. Current benefit plan is decent for a medium-size company.
Cons
The new management is totally arrogant and defensive. They don't accept feedback, yet expect everyone to give and receive feedback openly. Trust and morale are very low (in steady decline since last year) It's funny that a company specializing in Leadership has so many leaders modeling the wrong behaviors: power abuse, defensiveness, judgment, favoritism, taking credit for the team's work, playing political games, not holding people accountable, not keeping promises, withholding information or not communicating it in a timely manner, etc. In addition there's a lot of B.S. flying around because they want to appear nice and get higher salaries. It's a really TOXIC environment. If you're considering a role at DDI, please think twice!
