Pros
I've been with DevFacto for a number of years now and it is easily the best place I've ever worked. I think the best part is the people that I work with. We get together outside of work, have socials each month that the company sponsors, and do some bigger events like our entire company staying at the Fairmont in Jasper for a few days last winter for our Christmas party or we also did a trip to Vegas with the whole company for our fifth anniversary. We are growing super quickly and that brings its ups and downs, but mostly has been good. The company is pretty transparent about any issues we're facing and its nice to be involved. Pay is pretty average, but our benefits are insanely good (like training, health benefits, etc.) I think generally people are pretty happy here.
Cons
Communication from management could be better. Sometimes you'll hear about things you wished you knew sooner or feel like you're in the dark on something you should be involved in. In the last few months a lot of our practice leads have been required for projects and its hurting us in a few ways. Should not be the case in a couple months, hoping that is true. We also aren't great at internal projects, often if we're working on something internal like our Website or Intranet we'll get pulled onto customer work. So those things suffer.
