Pros

Great affordable benefits for fulltime employees.

Cons

You have to maintain personal sales, ADS and UPT goals. If you don't maintain them, you get written up and worse if you are management. This makes it unhealthy and stressful because you have everyone competing to get that next big sale customer and trying to stick someone else with the small sales. I get ensuring everyone pulls their weight and having a measurement for that but my last job put more of the sales on the associates. It's not even a commission job. They assume all retail jobs are like this and give very little training. Not all retail jobs are "fitting room" sales, where you are filling that fitting room to keep her trying on and buying more. I received almost no training and was a month later while getting written up, I acted like I knew it so she thought she'd let me drown. Wow great management, I'm not the only one that was said about. I didn't know it and don't know where she got that thought. I was not given any management responsibilities until I could get my numbers, which made me feel like a glorified sales associate. If you are not experienced in personal sales, don't take the job.
