      The combination of a lack in mid-level professionals in the firm, and the need for upward management can be detrimental to certain people who require a more hands on mentorship/management style.

      lots of opportunities for professional growth and development, entrepreneurial, fun culture with a super diverse staff. Nice office space in Dupont, lots of fun team bonding programming and training opportunities. Robust career pathing resources. Awesome benefits - paid parental leave, floating holiday, comprehensive pto, wellness day, robust medical/dental/vision, good 401k match.

      Cons

      Working in consulting for private companies comes with its inevitable stresses, may not be for everyone - but super rewarding for those up for the challenge
