I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DesignForce in Aug 2025
Interview
The process started strong. My first interview was terrific—engaging, thoughtful, and aligned with the role. The second interview was decent, but much of the time was spent scrutinizing a prior business I founded, leaving little room for me to ask questions or learn more about the team and role. After that, communication dropped off significantly. The team went radio silent beyond their stated timeline, the role was reposted shortly after, and the Senior Manager involved in my interview departed soon after. From a candidate perspective, this raised concerns about internal alignment and communication.
Would You Recommend This Company?
Not at this time. While there are good people and potential, the lack of communication and visible internal changes made the experience feel misaligned and raised concerns about organizational stability from the outside.

I applied online. I interviewed at DesignForce (Washington, DC)
Interview
4 rounds including situational, behavioral, and technical questions. Last round in-person interview. Hiring manager, partner team manager and the founding partner interviewed me and I was being scheduled for one more round. That was until I was rejected after I was told that I am being scheduled for another round and then ghosted there after.
