Please don't waste your time here. 1. The environment is extremely toxic, and is ultimately perpetuated from the top of this organization. 2. "Strategy work" is really just plugging google articles into Canva. Ultimately, it's just every other staffing firm in disguise, where the pressure is to spend half the day cold calling... Also, it's not an "unbiased approached" if I'm being encouraged to pressure candidates to accept offers from DF's clients. 3. Compensation - Overpromising and under delivering - my advice, get it in writing... I'll leave it at that.

lots of opportunities for professional growth and development, entrepreneurial, fun culture with a super diverse staff. Nice office space in Dupont, lots of fun team bonding programming and training opportunities. Robust career pathing resources. Awesome benefits - paid parental leave, floating holiday, comprehensive pto, wellness day, robust medical/dental/vision, good 401k match.

Cons

Working in consulting for private companies comes with its inevitable stresses, may not be for everyone - but super rewarding for those up for the challenge
