1. Can get really overwhelming. The company provides support for an ISP that doesn’t care about their customers so most times the phone lines are busy with angry customers calling in. So for 8 hours every day, you are talking with someone which can be very stressful. 2. If you are a technical person, this job may not be for you as the technology used are at the barest minimum and the opportunity to grow is little or non existent 3. In terms of wages,the wages do not reflect how stressful the job can be so I would advice to get the necessary experience needed and leave ASAP.
