Pros

I loved my job and worked my butt off. I wanted to stay with the company for years and be a traveleling trainer at some point. They make all these promises that arent true. You get a really good workout, walking 13 to 16 miles a day. You also get pto and vacation, that's about it.

Cons

Where do I begin. I was definitely one of the strongest techs. Worked my butt off and never said no to a task I was given. Here you are responsible to make sure everyone does their job proper, like the manager and the tech 4s but you don't get paid for it. There is so much conflict of interest with the regional manager and the site manager its a joke. The laziest, slowest people who literally never work get paid the most because they came from the same company as the regional. You will also never get warnings if you do anything wrong, they just fire you. No write up system, they go straight to termination for 1 mess up. They don't care about any employees here. You are just a number and they will just replace you. Also every thing they had us doing was operator stuff nit maintenance work. You have to answer every radio call and reset every fault because the operators are not allowed to touch the equipment. Horrible place to work.

Pros

Great pay, Good autonomy. Exciting technology. Lots of opportunity to improve and license to make changes, the Grand Rapids office has many great people who built Rapistan who are the best part of working there.

Cons

Ruled by the quarterly results, little transparency in outcomes, little care for individuals, many instances of people being fired or promoted unfairly, lots of politics, constantly trying to look better than they are, No real values to speak of. Pray you have a good manager, they are unlikely to be held accountable
