Pros
The work you do is very interesting and somewhat satisfying. Knowing you made a difference in providing a company a service that benefits so many people is a good thing. The people in the MKE office are very nice and wonderful outside of the office. I've made plenty of friendships within my group, as well as others. Ability to work from home, if allowed, was nice.
Cons
Very high standards, long (sometimes mandatory) overtime, stressful deadlines on projects, and there is a "drone" attitude. The situation is silo-ed, so it has a very old school feel for work place environment. Since the buyout from Kion, things went from good to bad. As a business decision, this was a smart move for the executives, however, the trickle down effect has begun. HR policies changing and very difficult/contradicting goals set for employees by corporate had my head shaking.
