Pros

None that I can say and be honest.

Cons

It is all about money money money. The US used to be able to pride itself on its quality in manufacturing. Now, companies like Dematic have gone to the lowest bidder on more than one thing and are selling off its quality for profits. This being a company that used to make 300 million a year to over 3 billion a year mainly off one plant. The Grand Rapids facility, the backbone of Dematic they have decided to move to Mexico where it has already proven to be a failure multiple times. CEOs like Baysore are nothing but liars. Saying out one side of his mouth he wants to keep Grand Rapids, while making agreements with other countries to offload his employees jobs to. There was some hope that maybe KION (who now owns Dematic) could have changed the course of this facility and kept some integrity in their QA standards. This was a bad acquisition on KIONs part because the management who run Dematic do not know their rear ends from a hole in the ground when it comes to keeping a great company floating and making money.
