Pros

The perks here are actually pretty solid. Health insurance is good and the time off policy is generous enough that you don't feel guilty taking a break when you need it. Remote work is fully supported, and it's not treated like a special exception. Most people work from home without any issues, and the setup makes it easy to stay connected and get things done. One of the best things is the learning and development support. There’s a clear budget for courses, books, and training, and people are encouraged to use it. You don’t have to jump through hoops to get something approved, which makes it easier to grow your skills on your own timeline. The office itself has a nice setup too. Free snacks, coffee, and drinks are always stocked, and there are occasional lunches or treats that show up just because. There are also wellness initiatives that go beyond the usual basics, like mental health support and activities that help people recharge. They do put in effort to make employees feel taken care of.

Cons

Since the new CMO joined, the marketing team has become a mess, and the content marketing team is the worst part of it. They act like they’re above everyone else, constantly bulldozing over other teams, ignoring feedback, and making everything about control. They are the biggest bullies in the department and make it hard for others to do their jobs properly. The content team manager protects them no matter what. It doesn’t matter if someone is underperforming or creating problems for others. As long as they are part of the inner circle, they get a free pass. This creates a toxic work environment where favoritism wins over actual results. It’s also frustrating that almost everyone there is hired through referrals. If you're not part of that group, you're treated differently. Even if someone clearly isn’t pulling their weight, they are still defended and supported because of who they know, not what they bring to the table. HR doesn’t help either. Instead of stepping in, they back the same people and help cover things up. They even ask employees to write fake positive reviews online to make the company look better. It feels like everyone is just playing a game, and if you're not part of it, you're on your own. The way the content team operates creates unnecessary stress and tension for everyone else. It's not a healthy environment and it's hard to feel motivated when this kind of behavior is allowed to continue. Also growth is only for those who have white skin.
