Pros

- some good folks doing their best in a poor environment

Cons

- they ask their employees to post positive reviews on Glassdoor, that tells you everything you need to know with the over the top positive reviews - Management is atrocious - HR violations everywhere, how they get away with this is amazing - If you are not in the "in crowd" expect difficult times - Sales leadership are a disgrace and amateur

Pros

Demandbase is doing well since ABM is taking off as a category. The company will most likely get acquired. A lot of room to learn and work hard. There are some genuinely nice employees, and the CEO is a nice person. Lots of booze available for any occasion.

Cons

Depending on who your manager is, you may have a miserable experience. Too many egos across the organization, which really hurt the company culture. There is a lack of professionalism and integrity from middle management. Lots of HR violations happen but everyone looks the other way. Not a transparent company. Be cautious of the unlimited vacation policy. It's used to entice candidates but employees get backlash for taking time off. Bad employee retention overall, but Marketing in particular has really high turnover. Beware if you're looking at a marketing role. I wouldn't touch that team with a ten-foot pole. Ask the right questions in your interviews so you don't get conned into working here.
