- Friendly people - Good pay and benefits - Strong set of data
Cons
Incompetent middle management. They failed to set and clearly communicate proper exceptions, didn’t care about me nor my ideas. Not to mention lacking in EQ and ability to be transparent. Engineering as a whole is poor. The UI is over engineered and complex. "Quality" is only measured by customer bugs and never fixed at root cause just band-aid fixes. Poor legacy codebase and architecture. Poor cross-team communication: asking a question of another team's slack channel often results in crickets. As others have stated there's a hustle culture.
