Remote work was actual remote. Work was pretty easy and the product does work really well.
Cons
Lots of mismanagement of money and time and effort. Leadership pretended they cared about us but they were never actually transparent about things, they just cared about cash. Speaking of which, we never got any raises despite being promised them several times.
