Pros
I’m a recent hire at Deltek, and so far it has been a breathe of fresh air. The leadership is amazing. They support employees, provide options for professional growth, and are quick to acknowledge achievements.
Cons
IT security measures are a bit more intense than I’m accustomed to which was a bit frustrating to start. I think I opened almost 20 IT support tickets to get the necessary software installed since everything required permissions. I do understand why those restrictions are in place though.
