Pros
- Commitment to remote work, but that is shaky - as the new CEO says: “Well we’ll see what’s working” - ERG groups - They have finally added dedicated sick leave to benefits.
Cons
- Pay is substandard for the industry, and annual raises haven't come close to keeping up with inflation for years. - Concerning amount of turnover in the C suite. - Staffing levels continue to be inadequate. - The "great culture" has been disintegrating rapidly over the past year and a half. - Benefits are average. - "Unlimited" PTO: No guarantee of any PTO at all, and time off is no longer part of total compensation.
