      Great product, solid product market fit, great reputation, good inbound lead flow

      Cons

      Minimal tools for outbounding/hunting new accounts. Overachieving OTE is largly dependant on having a very high close rate with inbound leads since nobody is really able to meet expectations for outbound sourced opportunities.

      Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.
