Salary, Benefits, Colleagues, Team Spirit, Product Portfolio, Market Share, Market Perception, Senior Leadership Team, Service Delivery Team, Expenses Policy, Respect from peers and SMT, Tools to do the job, Work Life Balance, Office environment......are just a few things that make life working for Deltek a pleasure. I couldnt reccomend working for Deltek more if you want to further your career and be paid well above the market average for doing so. Being in Sales its important that the OTE is an achievable number. Since joining 2 1/2 years ago it has been just that. Ive been greatly rewarded for over achievement and seen the progression within a rapidly growing environment that i would expect and welcome.
Cons
Its really difficult to pinpoint any negative points about deltek whatsoever. I have truly loved working here for the past 2 1/2 years and can only see myself staying for many years to come (Sales performance permitting :)
