      Deltek has fantastic culture for growth and development. I've personally found Deltek to be a great environment to learn and grow my career. I work with a lot of dedicated and smart people who inspire and encourage me to learn, grow and contribute in an effective way. The company continues to grow and evolve every year which brings with it exciting new opportunities and experiences.

      Great management of hours and benefits keep me happy. Engaging remote presence

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.
