Pros
I became part of Deltek as part of an acquisition and then Deltek went from public to privately; there were a lot of changes. I felt that I was integrated with the organization. Benefits were decent, really inviting and well planned offices.
Cons
At that time, they seemed to be buying and figuring things out later, which led to misunderstandings, but that happens.
