Pros
I went from temp to perm in a few months. Supervisor was great, job was great, in-house training.
Cons
Once the distribution team was downsized, out the door did my boss & I went. I felt bad for my former boss, b/c he worked there nearly 11yrs. That's what big companies do, they downsize rather than cross train us. It screwed up both of us, in reference to our resume and left a bad taste in our mouth despite 3 months severance pay. Refusal to let me sit in the very classes where they were training end users on their SW. I didn't think that was a irrational suggestion on my part, expressing interest in learning their accounting SW.
