Great people on the ground floor making the company work and plenty of benefits for those who excel.
Cons
Massive change in management led to less of a focus on employee satisfaction and more of a focus on board happiness. Company politics are terrible and advancement is based on who you know, not how well you do. Terrible communication from senior management and lots of shadiness that ultimately leads to people not getting the money they deserve. Not my department, but I once heard quotas for sales tripled and they were not notified, so everyone got way lower commission than they were promised. Pre-2016 I would rate the company 4 stars, but new management has taken over and the company is going in the wrong direction and pays below the market rate for many jobs. Also terrible work life balance. Look elsewhere if you have the choice.
