Deltek allows people to work from home which can be a plus if you are located in a city where Deltek does not have an office
Cons
The Sr. Management is incompetent and does not care about the customers or the employees. What they do care about is milking the customers for increased margins so that the company can beat short term wall street expectations. They have no long term strategy, and have not had one for years. You can see this if you look at the strategy and performance for the past 2-3 years where there is almost zero organic product growth
