      Pros

      Above average pay and benefits. Fully work from home.

      Cons

      - YEARLY LAYOFFS due to "restructuring". Even if you are a contributor, there's no assurance that they will keep you. - Projects have unreasonable timeline. PMs will just pull you out of nowhere without considering your workload. - Focuses too much on cost cutting without thinking the consequences. - "AI first". Leadership thinks that AI can do and replace everything. - Automate now and goodbye job later. Deltek went downhill eversince the new CEO was elected. It feels that the ship will sink soon if this continues.

      Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.

      Morale dips after layoffs: Common issue in enterprise SaaS. Remaining employees sometimes inherit extra accounts or responsibilities after reductions. Internal communication can get corporate/vague. Employees sometimes mention leadership messaging during reorganizations feels polished but not fully transparent.
