      Use to be a great place to work. When I started working at Deltek our CEO Mike C had challenging years but always put his people first. One such year Mike and many other E team staff took massive pay cuts to avoid a company wide reduction in force. That all changed when Mike C left

      Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.
