Candidate and Onboarding Experience: Really smooth turnover of files and onboarding process. Everyone's helpful when I was confused of something Training Experience / Peer Mentor: All turnover files were complete and accurate Describe your team and direct manager: I really appreciate how she values the work-life balance and continuously checks up on us whether we are okay with our task and workload. Deltek is unique from my previous employers in how well processes are interwoven and everything is smooth. Everybody's friendly and the culture here is really top-tier. Employee Engagement activities: There are super fun activities that you really get to engage in and connect with your colleagues.
