1.CEO is rude and disrespectful, he yelled to a manager in front of everyone! And it's not first time. 2.Typical Asian style micro management, your manager may check your timecard very detailed or ask where have you been just because your Skype status was not in green light for couple of minutes. 3.No flexibility, you need to use PTO if you don't want to go back to the office after pick up your kids, no more WFH! 4.Low salary and difficult to get a promotion. 5.Nepotism is common in the company. CEO's son works here, some manager's daughter/son work here.... you need to follow all the rules while some people don't.
