Pros
Convenient location if you're a student living on/near campus; easy job to work while catching up on school assignments because the night shift is so dead.
Cons
Disorganized, no opportunity for upward mobility, many negative relationships between employees, managers don't seem to care about excellent customer service or customer/employee safety; also and entirely too non-confrontational customer service supervisor.
