      They cover the car and fuel so you don't beat up your own car You get to travel different places The downtime in-between fares is yours, you can do what you please as long as you can make it to your next fare without being late

      Cons

      Low pay, long hours, unpredictable hours. Since you are tip based they can pay you below minimum wage
