The office environment was modern and well-equipped.
Cons
It felt like some managers thrived on mocking their own team's efforts, which made for a consistently unpleasant atmosphere. There was no willingness to address obvious shortcomings in processes, leaving staff to pick up the pieces without proper support. Communication from above was vague and often dismissive, which only added to the frustration. Expectations were sky-high, but constructive feedback or clear guidance was practically nonexistent.
