Delap LLP interview questions

Straight forward and productive, go through 2-3 interviews with different employees. The recruiting manager called, then I had a zoom interview with him the following day. I then had 3 more interviews after the first two initial ones to get a feel for my character and what I’m like as a person.

Met with multiple managers and partners and had a couple phone calls over zoom before having more formal interviews with the firm. Also talked with people on the team I would be joining before the more formal interview.
