Please contact HR Shared Services by email or phone — we’re here for you, and we would like to help you understand and access all the employee mental health supports available to you. We hope you take advantage of your five paid personal needs days this year, as well as the free, confidential services you and your family have access to 24/7 through LifeWorks (such as short-term professional counselling and family, financial, and legal support). Other supports could include options like:
• Paid sick days and salary continuation for short-term medical absences
• Reduced work week options
• Leaves of absence
We understand that sometimes, employees need professional services beyond what’s covered in our programs and flexible benefits offerings. You have somewhere to turn when things are tough.
