We don't really have a career plan or anything like that. The promotion and salary raise criteria it's a bit unclear. A little more transparency in this area would be greatly appreciated. The workload can be quite demanding, and it feels like the compensation isn't quite keeping up with the effort. A fair wage for the job would make all the difference. The Deel Speed at times can be a bit chaotic. Decisions seem rushed, and we could benefit from a more thoughtful, long-term approach.
