Pros
The team is incredibly supportive, and the culture makes it easy to reach out to anyone, even leadership. The thing I love the most so far is the Platform - it's amazing! mature, intuitive, and clearly years ahead of competitors. Enablement and onboarding have been fantastic, helping me get up to speed quickly. It truly feels like the right time to join as Deel is ramping up to become a leader in the industry - I feel like it will become harder to get in very soon. I’m a full-time employee here (as I think there are lots of rumours of people only getting contractor offers - not true), and overall, this has been one of the best onboarding experiences in any companies. I worked at Apple for years so I know good onboarding.
Cons
There’s a lot to learn at first, and it can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re new to the industry. The company is growing quickly, so there’s constant change which has made me feel a little like: ramp up or fall behind. So get ready to learn learn learn and be asked to start meeting clients from week three. (Not a con for me but could be for others..).
