Rude managers that ignore merchandisers for months, ignore job query implementation requests then reduce your hours and scream down the phone out of the blue. Employee reviews more than three months late. No grattitude or notice of jobs well done or training. Stores not allocated to merchandisers. Most of the jobs are 20 - 30 minutes each gig style all over London. The job specification location is incorrect. I applied for a local Sainsbury store in North London and was sent as far away as Canary wharf for 15 minute jobs! No management back up, warehouses over and understocked if u can get in that is, with no store employee card even after sign in and NO UNIFORM. Just a badge on a lanyard! Also the new employee probation period is ONE YEAR! After over a year of management bullying (my goal to make it through) I ignored, and simply got my jobs done I gave up. Dont expect any grattitude or notice of any expertise. Hence high employee turnover. This company requires a complete management overhaul and restructuring to retain the bread and butter employees that are getting the actual work done! Save yourselves the quite frustration and agro. now and dont walk-run!
