      Pros

      Allow you a flexible schedule you can work around although do sometimes demand very early starts

      Cons

      explaining to in store management you don't actually answer to them but the Dee Set managers can result in some conflict and confusion, especially when they try and get you to do something that isn't within your role

      Very flexible depending on your team leader

      Cons

      Not very easy to predict how much work from week to week. Sometimes not guided well enough on the work. Minimum wage. No added fuel for your contracted shops
