This summer was great at DeCloud - the group of photographers was talented and energetic! If you want a fast-paced environment that allows you to share ideas and try new things then this is it. The office staff was also great - and the support between the photographers and the office staff was quite positive. DeCloud allows you to do as much as you want to do - so if you are energetic and willing to work and try new things, you will be successful. The negative reviews you might have read are by a few disgruntled former employees who fortunately were gone by this year. I think the company is turning around and will continue to improve now that the corporate culture has improved.

The hours can be a bit hectic at times. Getting up at the crack of dawn to shoot at a school can be tiring day after day. And one thing to keep in mind - THIS IS A SEASONAL JOB! If you depend on a solid income all year round, then this might not work for you. Don't be surprised when you are let go when the season winds down.

The kids and the High School seniors you meet. Fast paced and lots of variety.

Unhealthy work environment filled with internal conflicts. Many of the employees are either related to the owners or are life long friends so no one takes them seriously of gives a strong effort. There is a lot of conflict between the managers and the employees. No true photography vision or understanding of what todays high school senior is looking for.
